The Lesueur Ridge Trail Loop is 10.2 kilometers long, involving 416 meters of elevation. The trek begins with an engaging ascent to the top of the escarpment on the north side of the Leseuer Creek. The trail then meanders along the top of the ridge from which splendid views emerge the Ghost River valley, Black Rock Mountain and Devil’s Head. The trail then descends toward Lesueur Creek and roughly parallels the creek back to the trail head.
Typically of this time of year the trail will feature melting snow, mud and icy patches. Bring your micro-spikes..
